發育期只補鈣？小心孩子成長「鎂」況愈下

為了孩童健康成長，家長最在意「補鈣」問題，卻總忘了要「補鎂」！小心，這樣很可能會事倍功半。根據國健署建議，七至十二歲兒童每日鈣攝取應達八百到一千毫克，但調查顯示，國小學童缺鈣率卻高達九成。小兒科主治醫師陳奕成提醒，孩子在黃金成長期，必須有足夠的鈣質用於骨骼成長與骨質維護，需要盡可能增加骨質密度，才能有效減少成年後骨質疏鬆症，建議補鈣同時應該要相應地補充鎂，才能促進整體鈣質吸收。

陳奕成醫師表示，人體吸收利用鈣質需要副甲狀腺素、維生素Ｄ及降鈣素等三種荷爾蒙，而鎂離子則扮演這三種荷爾蒙分泌或作用時的關鍵角色，同時也是人體組成相當重要的電解質之一，若體內缺乏鎂離子，易影響荷爾蒙的轉換活性。

鈣鎂雙管齊下效果優兒童黃金鈣鎂比4:1與母乳相似

陳奕成醫師表示，鎂可以提高鈣質吸收利用率，且有助於兒童神經、骨骼、牙齒、肌肉發育，甚至對於情緒、心智發展都有助益，故藉由鈣鎂兩者相輔相成，在補鈣上可以達成1+1>2的絕對優勢。

陳奕成醫師提醒，根據研究建議，因為適合成人與兒童攝取的鈣鎂比例不同，成人為2:1，兒童則為與母乳成份相近的4:1，因此不應將成人補鈣食品直接給兒童食用，而應該選擇專屬兒童的4:1比例補鈣食品較佳。

鈣質平衡攝取不易缺鈣恐造成骨骼成長不良

若兒童黃金發育期缺少鈣質攝取，血液中的鈣離子濃度偏低時，會使得骨骼釋出鈣離子到血液中平衡血鈣濃度，造成「骨蝕作用 (bone resorption)」，長期下來易導致骨骼成長不良，影響未來骨密度。

陳奕成醫師分析，依照國人飲食習慣與統計，一般人普遍皆有缺鈣的狀況，小兒亦高達九成飲食上鈣攝取不足，建議多攝取乳製品以及深綠色蔬菜為主，若有攝取方面困難，如嚴重乳糖不耐症，可適量補充小兒鈣鎂保健食品。

慎選兒童補鈣品多元鈣質兼顧鎂離子為優先

陳奕成醫師建議，孩童健康成長除恰當營養、充分運動外，在補鈣產品的鈣質來源選擇上，應挑選多元的優質鈣質來源，並以能兼顧搭配鎂離子的產品為優先。

如某日本老牌小兒保健食品大廠推出的成長鈣鎂，即以日本專利珊瑚鈣搭配檸檬酸鈣以及營養素-鎂的組合，能同步保有卓越高吸收率，並使孩童在鈣質攝取方面獲得完整提升。

最後，陳奕成醫師亦提醒零至六歲孩童，鈣攝取量應為每日三百至六百毫克、國小生為八百至一千毫克，除保健食品外，亦建議每日可喝一至兩杯乳品，每杯約兩百四十毫克，或攝取高鈣食物，如起司、黑芝麻、小魚干、傳統豆腐、深綠色蔬菜等，都是優質鈣質攝取來源，對孩童成長有所助益。
