《防胖》管控飲食、規律吃 遠離肥胖法門
女性朋友身材走樣，其實往往有跡可循。執業中醫師林慶鐘昨日表示，女性肥胖的原因，比較常見約有三種，第一就是飲食不當，第二就是活動太少，第三就是停經所造成，通常肥胖產生之後，有些疾病也會跟著出現，進而恐危害到身體健康，比如關節損害、糖尿病、高血脂、高尿酸、高血壓、狹心症、中風等疾病。
林醫師指出，吃下太多含有大量脂肪、糖、澱粉等膏梁厚味食物，容易促使身體發胖；活動太少也是造成肥胖的因素之—，像是經常久臥、久坐、缺少活動等；女性停經以後，衰老效應導致身體組成產生變化，由於衰老會使人體組成發生變化，以致水分減少、脂肪組織增多，所以停經也是婦女變胖其中一個因素。
倘若女性想要避免身材走樣，可從控制飲食、限制食物、三餐規律著手；控制飲食：多吃高纖維、高蛋白、低脂防、低澱粉之類食物，早餐可以喝牛奶、吃雞蛋，午餐可以吃疏菜加瘦肉、豆乾等高蛋白食物，以便減少饑餓感，晚餐可以多吃高纖維、低熱量的疏菜，比如白菜、油菜、香菜、芹菜、黃瓜、蘿蔔、菠菜、雪裏紅等，飲食最好少油較健康。
限制食物：忌吃零食、禁止飲酒，限制含糖高的飲料，同時三餐食物應適量，數量品種要適當，切勿過多過雜，因為婦女腸胃皮薄，多則不利消化，所以要少量多餐比較好。
三餐規律：堅持飲食規律性，飲食習慣最好定時定量，不可時早時晚，否則容易引起脾胃功能疾病。
值得一提的是，肥胖會使人體關節受損，特別是膝關節，每當身體愈來愈胖，倘若膝關節已經受損，屆時就連走路、運動將感疼痛，以致造成患者不愛走路、運動，結果惡性循環之下就變得更肥胖。
